I had a problem with my order and getting it sorted was more annoying than it needed to be. The replies took ages, and I kept having to repeat the same details like I was talking to a bot instead of an actual person. I really can’t stand those automated systems when they just make you loop through the same stuff over and over.
To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But I had to chase it way too much, and it felt like nobody really picked up the case properly until much later. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’d want to deal with again.

Got to the payment page and something just looked off. Didn’t really feel comfortable putting my card details in.

The box literally showed up dented, which wasn’t great, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine.

I ordered from dragonpharmalabs.com, and the checkout part was straightforward. No real issues placing the order, so at first I figured everything would move along without much hassle.

The shipping wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. I kept expecting better updates, but there wasn’t much to go on, so I ended up checking the tracking myself over and over. It kind of feels like one of those policy loopholes where they can say it shipped within their stated window, even if the actual delivery timing is vague and not very helpful.

The package did show up fine in the end, so I can’t say it was a disaster. I just wish they were more upfront about delivery expectations instead of leaving customers guessing.

I don’t know, maybe I’m overthinking it, but this site didn’t really make me feel comfortable. I couldn’t find enough clear info, and it just felt a little risky to place an order. Maybe other people have had a totally fine experience, but for me personally, I’d probably avoid it for now.

This didn’t make the best first impression. The dosage felt kind of inconsistent to me, like it wasn’t quite the same each time, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

Not gonna lie, the packaging was nice and plain, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but overall it showed up fine.

I’ve been checking the ingredients and they look clean!!! So far I’m not seeing any weird fillers or anything questionable, which I really appreciate!!!

My tracking email showed up a little later than I expected, but once it finally came through, the updates were clear. I could see when the package moved, then when it was out for delivery, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering, well, I still checked too much, but at least I had something to go on.

I did message them once because I wanted to make sure everything was okay, and they got back to me the next day with basically the same tracking info. Not perfect, but it helped enough and made the whole thing feel less like guessing where my order disappeared to.

I was frustrated that there wasn’t even an option to pay by card. When I asked about it, the response made me feel a bit talked down to, like I should’ve already known. Not a great experience.

Some parts looked a little cramped on my phone, but nothing that stopped me from using it. Overall, it’s a decent site. I’d give it 4 stars

I was just trying to place a simple order, but the checkout page froze on me twice. It felt like such a basic thing to get right, and it was frustrating sitting there wondering if my payment was even going to work. It finally went through, but way later than it should have.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but... the prices felt mostly fair for what you get.

I was looking into it and the return policy kind of felt unfair to me. Maybe I missed something, but from what I saw, it seemed like enough of a dealbreaker.

I actually liked that the lab test info was easy to find and not tucked away somewhere weird. A few pages could use a little more detail tho, and a couple of the links loaded kinda slow for me. But overall it felt transparrent and easy enough to use.
